How do I subscribe to the ProjX360 calendar on other devices & programs?

Our iCal link allows you to "Subscribe" to the ProjX360 calendar on other devices and programs. From the ProjX360 menu go to Scheduling > Schedule. Click the cog to view our Service WO, Project WO, Employee Schedule or CRM calendar. Once you are on one of those specific calendars click the cog again and click iCal Download Link. Copy the URL and use the instructions below to add it to your device or software.

There are several other calendars that support iCal links that are not listed here. Just check if the calender has an auto refresh available where you can set how often the calendar is updating. If the calendar does not offer this your calendar may take 24 to 72 hours to update.

- Microsoft Outlook: Updates in a few minutes with a calendar refresh or by closing/re-opening Outlook.
- Apple: Updates in a few minutes. Almost instant updates when making calendar changes.
- Google: Updates in 24-72 hours. Great to use if you are not looking for an instant calendar refresh.
