How do I subscribe to the ProjX360 calendar on other devices & programs?

Our iCal link allows you to "Subscribe" to the ProjX360 calendar on other devices and programs. From the ProjX360 menu go to Scheduling > Schedule. Click the cog to view our Service WO, Project WO, Employee Schedule or CRM calendar. Once you are on one of those specific calendars click the cog again and click iCal Download Link. Copy the URL and use the instructions below to add it to your device or software.

There are several other calendars that support iCal links that are not listed here. Just check if the calender has an auto refresh available where you can set how often the calendar is updating. If the calendar does not offer this your calendar may take 24 to 72 hours to update.

Apple
Allows you to set how often to refresh.
In the Calendar app on your Mac, choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
Enter the calendar's web address, then click Subscribe.
Click the Auto-refresh pop-up menu, then choose how often to update the calendar.

Google
Please allow 24 hours to refresh per Google standard.
Go to calendar.google.com.
On the left side go to "Other Calendars" and click Add From URL.
Enter the URL of the calendar, which you want to subscribe to.
Click on "Add Calendar" and wait for Google to import.

Outlook
Please allow up to 24 hours for the calendar to refresh per Outlook standard.
In the calendar app in Outlook, choose "Add Calendar" and click From Internet.
Enter the iCal url. Click Ok.
Click "Advanced" to adjust calendar name or finalize and adjust after my right clicking on the calendar from the menu.
