• I currently use QuickBook, do I have to set my products to non-inventory?

    Yes. If you are a current QuickBooks customer all product must be set to non inventory.

  • What scanner/printer do you recommend?

    We do not have any specific requirements on the scanner(s) that work with our inventory, most any basic scanner will do fine. We have tested these 2 scanners and they are working great.

    - Traditional Gun Style
    - Mini hand-held style with Bluetooth and dongle: The benefit of this scanner listed is you have the option to pair it with your phone/tablet directly and use it for input which makes roaming around the warehouse much easier as you do not have to run back to the computer to confirm entries etc, you can do it all right there.
    - DYMO + Labels: Dymo LabelWriter 450/550
    - Address Labels: 1 1/8" x 3 1/2"
