How many products can I add to the product manager?
The product manager is not designed to be a repository for every product possible. It is for the products you use in Jobs or house in your warehouse. 2,000 to 4,000 is standard.

Multiple labor phases on product?
When it comes to Programming, Project Management, and Engineering create a product that is called your Company’s name then the model is Programming and have a zero (MSRP) price on it. In labor have your Programming phase selected and it’s rate for one hour etc. Then when you add this to your proposal just adjust the quantity for the amount of hours you need.
Primary phases are your phases for production (Pre-wire, trim, install/finish). These are your true phases for all product. All other ancillary or secondary phases that can occur (programming, PM, Design, Engineering, etc) are treated as an accessory and can be added to parts as needed. They are treated in this manor because of the complexity in process with Inventory and Project Management in the software. We have to hold a singular phase for sorting when requesting product and directing phase to track time against. -
How to setup bulk wire?
Example: For bulk wire set the MSRP as price/ft. That way when you are in our proposal builder if you need 100 ft. you can set your qty to 100 and it will calculate the math for you.
