ProjX360 management software was originally developed for the Custom Integration Industry by veteran integrator Doug Greenwald who has over 28 years of experience in the residential AV industry. Being a seasoned integrator, he was searching for an overall management solution software that was geared toward the needs of his integration company but couldn’t find a comprehensive solution. ProjX360 was born from a desire to fill that market gap.

We can manage your projects from the sales process and sales pipeline to creating professional detailed proposals with our proposal tool. Once the proposal is approved, ProjX360 manages the entire project with work orders, scheduling, time tracking, and many other tools through the completion of the project.

Once the project is completed, integrators can manage service calls with our service work orders and service scheduling. If a product needs to go in for repair, you can create service repair tickets and even set notifications so that if a product isn’t back from the manufacturer in a certain time frame you will get a notification to follow up.

ProjX360 also has a complete inventory management system that allows you to allocate and deallocate products to specific projects. The ProjX360 App for both iOS and Android has offline time tracking and push notifications for your technicians.
