Proposal Enhancements
Continued improvements to the proposal experience to make creating, managing, and presenting proposals easier and more efficient.
AI Enhancement
ProjX360 is developing powerful new AI enhancements to make creating scopes of work faster and easier. AI will generate a detailed, client-facing scope of work based on the equipment included in each proposal. Once the proposals and change orders are approved and pushed to the project, users can select multiple proposals and change orders, and AI will combine them into one comprehensive technician scope—giving the installation team clear instructions with everything together in one place.
New Data Table UI
ProjX360 is updating its data table user interface to provide better visibility across every area of the platform. The redesigned tables will display more of the important information sales teams, project managers, accounting staff, and owners need—without requiring them to open each individual project. Users will be able to quickly review statuses, identify items that need attention, and make better decisions from one clear, streamlined view.
Reporting Enhancement
Enhanced project status and billing reports will provide clearer insight into project progress, invoicing, payments, outstanding balances, and remaining billable amounts—helping teams identify issues sooner and make better-informed decisions.
Scheduling & Gantt Chart
