After the project is completed, it can be moved into service status. The two service statuses are In Warranty and Out of Warranty so you can easily see if the project is in or out of warranty. Below are some features for service:

  • Create and schedule service work orders.
  • Set warranty length for a project.
  • Create service repair tickets for product that must go in for repair.
  • Have a record of all the product that has gone in for repair for the life of the project.
