I would say one of the most important things regarding our implementing ProjX360 is the real-time information stream that we have global access to, the number of time-wasting phone calls and texts that I had to make or take each day has been reduced by 75%, we have had multiple instances where we ran a service call in the morning, assessed the need for parts and a return visit, generated a quote, collected a deposit, ordered the needed parts and scheduled our return all before the day is over. Simply amazing, compared to the way we operated before. We had a few “grumblers” early on, as we are all somewhat resistant to change, but at this point everyone is bought in and some of the biggest complainers have become the biggest advocates. To summarize, we love it! Wish we had committed long before but we are all in and just getting started, a year from now we will be so efficient and streamlined I expect we will have almost forgotten how clunky we were before.

Would like to see a few additional things added but simply awesome for project management. Still have a lot to learn and Ryan is doing a great job. Your software actually makes it enjoyable to stay organized.
