ProjX360 easily allows you to create and manage work orders and repair tickets, schedule service calls, and invoice for the service calls.


Service Work Orders

When a service call comes in you can easily create a work order and schedule a service call. In a work order you can list what needs to be addressed and the problem the client is reporting. Once your service tech arrives on site they can update the work order with the status of the work they performed and also create an invoice for the client, if required. When creating an invoice you can easily select any products that may have been used for the job from your Supply Stream data base, the number one data base in the industry which is integrated into ProjX360. The invoice can then be emailed to the client and exported to QuickBooks.


Equipment Repair Tracking

During the service call if a piece of equipment needs to be uninstalled and shipped in for repair, we've got you covered. In repair tracking you can assign equipment to the project it belongs to, log all of the vital information, the issue the piece of equipment is experiencing and the ship date. Alert settings allow you to setup a notification if you haven't received the part back within a specified period of time to ensure items are not forgotten or lost in service.
